• Is the cotton organic?

Yes, we use GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton.
Our supplier in India is a GOTS certified producer. 

• What is your shipping window?

All orders ship within 2 business days.

• Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $75 . However, we do not offer free return shipping on any orders. 

• What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items accepted for return or exchange must be in original condition – brand new. Worn or washed items, items with stains, traces of dirt and/or pet hair will not be refunded. Items must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. Please visit our return & exchange policy for more information. 

• Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the USA.

• Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! We offer hand printed reusable 100% cotton cloth bags for just $5 as gift wrap. We also include a card of our whimsical friends printed on chlorine free/ recycled paper. There's a space a for you to write a special note and share the mirasa story printed in the card.
