Do you have a return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the product does not satisfy you, Mirasa Design will accept returns or offer an exchange for any item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned to Mirasa Design unused in the original packaging with the tags attached along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip and a return authorization number. To obtain this number, please email info@mirasadesign.com We will respond to your email within 48 hours with a return authorization number and return mailing address. Include this number on the outside of your return package/box.
Returns and exchanges: are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items accepted for return or exchange must be in original condition – brand new. Worn or washed items, items with stains, traces of dirt and/or pet hair will not be refunded. Items must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable.
Returns: a credit will be issued upon receipt of item to the original credit card used for payment of the item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect the credit.
Exchanges: If you would like an exchange, please follow the return instructions above and in the email to info@mirasadesign.com indicate which item of same value you would like instead. Exchange item will be sent to you after the originally purchased item is received by Mirasa Design.
Packages must be returned pre-paid: we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that you return items via UPS, Federal Express, U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured). We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
